I am a therapist with 20 years of experience working in community mental health. I'm passionate about helping people overcome challenges and live fulfilling lives. My approach is client- centered, and I use evidence-based practices to support my clients in achieving their goals. I provide a safe and supportive space for individuals to explore their thoughts and feelings, and I

work collaboratively with them to develop strategies for coping with difficult emotions and situations. 

I have extensive experience working with people who have experienced trauma, and I'm particularly interested in helping people heal from the effects of trauma. I'm also skilled in working with individuals who are struggling with anxiety, depression, and other mental health conditions. I'm committed to providing culturally sensitive care, and I work with people from all backgrounds. 

In addition to my clinical work, I'm also involved in teaching and training other mental health professionals. I'm passionate about sharing my knowledge and experience with others, and I'm committed to  promoting the importance of mental health.
