My practice philosophy is to provide a holistic, person-centered, strength-based approach by promoting the client's autonomy and dignity. I believe in inspiring clients to make their desirable changes through support, encouragement, and self-empowerment. I am committed to my clients and their families by advocating for their desired needs and goals through various treatment modalities. A client's barriers can be solution-focused by looking through a lens of love and positivity.

I hold a Master's degree of Social Work from Walden University, specializing in Advanced Clinical Practice. Currently, I am working towards my clinical social work license under the supervision of a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. My training and experience includes working as a children and adolescent therapist, individual therapist for adults, parenting and family therapist, and providing resource allocation. I have worked with children and families in foster care, adoption, and with clients and their families during hospice care. My background includes working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, stress management, and grief and loss. I am also trained in Prepare/Enrich, a premarital and marital assessment and curriculum based tool that helps foster healthy relationships and love working with couples exploring marriage!
